Wishing all of you a blessed (belated) Christmas and have a great time spending it with your wonderful friends and family! I had a very simple quiet Christmas celebration this year – Christmas eve dinner with the boyfriend, church service in the morning (awesome service!), lunch + movie at the boyfriend’s place and then ending the night with a feast with the extended family! Crabs FTW!
Oh, and you see the amazing food in the picture? Yeap, all done by Mr. Ian Eugene yday night. It was AMAZING! Beef pie for appetisers, grilled salmon pasta and lamb stew for the mains. I went to heaven for a good 5 seconds because the stew was just superb!! *cries* ..and pandan cake for dessert. The 6 of us ate to our hearts’ content and laughed like hyenas as we shared stories. Heart warming to know that after 13 years, we are still friends who meet up as often as we could and one of the gang – Yikkers – is getting married next year! Love how each one of us are doing completely different things in life with so much passion and drive but yet have the same similarity – we all love our Jesus! To many more years to come! 🙂
For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6-7)
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! 🙂
